Meditation Monday: Thank You Coleman!

    Saturday, the Fam and I got up at the crack of dawn to head to the Lake of the Ozark State Park for our first family camping experience, sponsored by Coleman and the National Wildlife Federation. It was wonderful! We've been home now, less than 6 hours and the kids already want to know when we are going again.

    Well it's Monday again. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths, find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!
